Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship as soon as possible depending on inventory. Orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. We guarantee your product will go out within 7-10 days of ordering.

If you need an order to ship as quickly as possible through overnight or 2-day shipping, please email us first to check inventory.

​

Targets ship in either a padded envelope or box with padding.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your target arrives damaged, please email us at Business@COFATA.com for an RMA and instructions. Exchanges on broken targets must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We charge a 15% restocking fee when returns are due to customer error. If your return is due to our error, we will not charge a restocking fee.

​

Cofata does not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges. When necessary, we will pay shipping for incorrect orders delivered due to our own error.

What are the steps for returns/exchanges/replacements?

  • Email us at Business@COFATA.com

    • For damaged orders, send a picture of the damage along with your order number.

    • For returns, send us your order number and what item(s) you wish to send back.

    • For orders with the incorrect items, send us your order number and a note about the packing error.

  • Wait for a response within 48-72 hours. If shipping item(s) back to us is necessary, then we will reply with an RMA number.

  • Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Then, ship it back using your preferred shipping carrier.

  • Depending on your request, we may issue a refund, store credit, or replace the item. Please be aware that it could take as long as 30-days to receive a refund or replacement item.
